Delivery Information

Please note that under the current climate courier deliveries will only be attempted once and a redelivery charge will be applied if goods cannot be delivered and redelivery required

GB mainland orders are shipped free of charge for orders over 100 + vat. For orders below this amount a 9.95 + vat packing, and delivery charge will be added

Most GB mainland orders are sent on the 1-4 working day courier service (unless otherwise stated) subject to product availability and will be delivered outside home or kerbside depending on the couriers used - please contact Don Ruffles Limited directly, prior to delivery, if further detail is required. If we are informed of extended delays from our suppliers, we will phone or email you to offer an alternative product. No alternative product will be sent without your agreement. Where there will be a lengthy delay in despatching your order, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail.

Extra charges and delivery times will apply for orders from the North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and all International Orders. Please go to the check out for the delivery charge to be calculated or we will quote for acceptance prior to delivery.

Please advise at time of order any specific delivery requirements in the special delivery instructions box at the checkout.

If any incorrect, or incomplete address or post codes are input into the order detail a redelivery charge will apply, and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your order.

Damaged Parcels ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

If signing for your delivery ALWAYS sign as UNCHECKED or make sure you check your delivery BEFORE you sign for it as being received ok. If ensigning tell the delivery company to mark the delivery as UNCHECKED. If you are unable to check your delivery before signing for it, sign for your delivery as UNCHECKED or if the package is damaged in anyway, no matter how small, please sign for it stating DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as DAMAGED.

If you sign for a delivery which you find at a later date is damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you will be charged for the damaged items if we cannot claim from the carriers. In this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made.

By completing your order, you agree to abide by these instructions to check your delivery and sign for it accordingly as either OK, UNCHECKED or DAMAGED. If you have signed for your goods as DAMAGED, you must notify us by telephone or email within 1 working day of the original delivery date. Please note it is your responsibility to check the email has arrived. This communication must also be followed in writing via recorded delivery within the next 3 days. Once we have been notified of the damaged goods, you will be given a specific reference number.

International Delivery

For all International orders there will normally be an additional postage charge. If the system can calculate this it will do so at the checkout. If not, we will e-mail you a shipping delivery quote that you must agree to before we despatch your item. Please note that orders to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Island and the Isle of Man all count as International orders. Orders to the North of Scotland and Northern Ireland will normally incur an extra postage charge unless advised.
